We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to join our client’s dynamic sales team within the automotive sector. This is a customer-facing role focused on managing key OEM relationships, delivering strong commercial performance, and supporting new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with OEM customers
  • Take ownership of customer performance, service levels, and outcomes
  • Support sales strategy through market analysis and reporting
  • Lead CRM processes, ensuring accurate data and regular updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain) to meet customer requirements
  • Handle customer negotiations, quotations, and commercial discussions

About You

  • Degree-educated (business-related preferred)
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role within a commercial environment
  • Background in automotive
  • Strong analytical and financial understanding (P&L, margins, etc.)
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
