We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global manufacturer within the healthcare sector. We are seeking a Production Operative to join a busy and fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Upholster and assemble a range of seating products and accessories to a high standard (full training provided).
- Follow health & safety guidelines and maintain excellent working practices.
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Be flexible to support occasional overtime requirements.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
