We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join Toyota Manufacturing based at Burnaston. They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR professional to join their HR Operations team. The successful applicant must be able to manage their workload effectively as part of a wider collaborative team and have excellent communication and project management skills. Main responsibilities will include: * Taking responsibility for Employee Relations within a manufacturing division, working with local management, supervision, union representatives and occupational health. * Ownership of case management within that area including disciplinary & grievance procedures. * Managing absence and turnover vs. targets to ensure suitable availability to run the production line.
