Our client is based on Pride Park and is a major Derby employer. They are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant for their commercial office to work with apprentices and graduates.
Your general duties will entail:
- Building a talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing and networking methods
- Selection of candidates to attend digital assessment centres
- Leading facilitation of digital assessment centres and influencing management to recruit talented and diverse apprentices
- Supporting apprentices and graduates throughout the onboarding process
- Ensuring compliance with data and right to work
- Working closely with graduate and apprentice development teams
- Providing data for reporting trends, analysis, etc.
- Involvement with ad hoc projects
The successful candidate will have significant recruitment experience, be it in-house or RPO. If you have worked with high volume recruitment that would be a distinct advantage and you need to be able to multi-task.
