We are working in partnership with Toyota Manufacturing UK to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with employee relations experience to join a global manufacturing organisation where HR plays a key role in both operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
- Support absence management and workforce availability.
- Work closely with managers, union representatives and occupational health teams.
- Coach and support line managers on employee-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous HR or Employee Relations experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Degree educated (2:1 preferred).
- CIPD qualification beneficial but not essential.
