Buyer Construction Sector
Based on the outskirts of Burton-on-Trent

We are looking for an experienced Buyer to join our clients growing team in the construction sector, with a focus on environmentally driven projects. You will be responsible for sourcing materials and services to ensure projects keep moving sustainably, efficiently and on budget.

What you will be doing:

  • Purchasing materials, tools, plant hire and subcontracted services for projects across the UK
  • Working closely with site and project teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Building strong relationships with ethical and sustainable suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and H&S standards

What we are looking for:

  • Procurement experience in construction
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
