We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join an established manufacturing business with a prestigious customer base.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining quality, customer service and manufacturing.
You’ll work closely with the Inspection team to ensure products meet customer requirements while supporting quality systems, compliance and continuous improvement.
The Role
- Work closely with the Inspection team to monitor product quality and identify improvements.
- Prepare customer samples and documentation.
- Set up BOMs and production routings for new orders.
- Investigate customer queries and produce clear reports.
- Manage supplier quality issues and corrective actions.
- Support audits, calibration, compliance and supplier approvals.
- Help ensure customers receive consistently high-quality products and excellent service.
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication and problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and product quality.
NEBOSH would be advantageous but is not essential.
