We are recruiting for an Online Technical Sales Advisor to join a growing specialist home improvement business.
This is a consultative sales role, working with pre-qualified homeowners across the UK via scheduled 1-to-1 video consultations.
You will help customers understand their options, guide them through measurements and photographs, recommend suitable solutions and support them through to purchase.
The Role
- Conduct 30-minute video consultations with customers.
- Provide technical and product advice.
- Review customer measurements and images to identify potential issues.
- Recommend suitable designs and solutions.
