We are looking for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to our client’s senior leadership team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, variety and the chance to work closely with key decision-makers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You will Do

  • Manage busy calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee inboxes and correspondence; act as a key contact for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Draft, proofread and format reports, presentations and communications.
  • Organise events and senior leadership meetings.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance and ad hoc support.

What You will Bring

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting senior executives/directors.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

Desirable: PA/EA qualification (ILM or equivalent), experience in a fast-paced sales environment, shorthand or touch typing, and familiarity with digital tools such as Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
