Recruitment Consultant

Our client is based on Pride Park and is a major Derby employer. They are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant for their commercial office to work with apprentices and graduates. Your general duties will entail:

• Building a talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing and networking methods
• Selection of candidates to attend digital assessment centres
• Leading facilitation of digital assessment centres and influencing management to recruit talented and divers apprentices;
• Supporting apprentices and graduates throughout the onboarding process;
• Ensuring compliance with data and right to work;
• Working closely with graduate and apprentice development teams;
• Providing data for reporting trends, analysis, etc
• Involvement with ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate will have significant recruitment experience be it inhouse or RPO. If you have worked with high volume recruitment that would be a distinct advantage and you need to be able to multi-task.
