We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Administrator to support our clients' busy sales team. You will manage everything from customer enquiries and order processing to after-sales support, acting as a key point of contact for both UK and international customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue quotations, process orders, and maintain sales records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, engineering) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Maintain databases, track enquiries, and support sales forecasting.
  • Assist with documentation, presentations, and continuous process improvements.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, professional over phone and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
