We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Implementation Coordinator to join our client based in Burton on Trent. Our client is a well-established software developer currently looking to grow their already successful team.
Your duties will include:
- Manage new installs & upgrades from receipt of purchase order through to go-live;
- Handling & inputting of data;
- Interdepartmental liaison;
- Testing of new releases;
- Creation of new training material;
- Answering the phone;
- Ad hoc administration and tasks as required.
Our client will provide full product training and offer a friendly working environment. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be experienced in delivering training along with managing & planning projects.
