This is a varied, hands-on role combining quality, customer service and manufacturing. Youll work closely with the Inspection team to ensure products meet customer requirements while supporting quality systems, compliance and continuous improvement. The Role Work closely with the Inspection team to monitor product quality and identify improvements. Prepare customer samples and documentation. Set up BOMs and production routings for new orders. Investigate customer queries and produce clear reports. Manage supplier quality issues and corrective actions. Support

a udits, calibration, compliance and supplier approvals. Help ensure customers receive consistently high-quality products and excellent service. About You Were looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication and problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and product quality. NEBOSH would be advantageous but is not essential.
