- Building a talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing and networking methods.
- Selection of candidates to attend digital assessment centres.
- Leading facilitation of digital assessment centres and influencing management to recruit talented and diverse apprentices.
- Supporting apprentices and graduates throughout the onboarding process.
- Ensuring compliance with data and right to work.
- Working closely with graduate and apprentice development teams.
- Providing data for reporting trends, analysis, etc.
- Involvement with ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will have significant recruitment experience, be it in-house or RPO. If you have worked with high volume recruitment, that would be a distinct advantage and you need to be able to multi-task.
