We are supporting a Derby-based organisation in hiring a Conveyancing Assistant to join their friendly, client-focused team. You will play a key part in helping property transactions progress efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and drafting correspondence, contracts, and legal documents
- Handling post, filing, and general document organisation
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
- Supporting key conveyancing milestones, including completions
- Communicating with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders
- Updating the case management system accurately
- Assisting with property searches, exchanges, and completions
- Providing general admin and team support as required
