Harvey. ai is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in London, reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal.

You will draft, review, and negotiate AI Saa S contracts and help build the regional legal function in EMEA.

The role requires an English-qualified lawyer with 2+ PQE in commercial or tech, with a transactional background and IP licensing experience.

Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office weekly.
