In partnership with Greggs, we are currently recruiting for a Greggs Unit Manager to join our team at our Mill Lane site, Mill Lane, Northampton, NN5 7AS.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy unit and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

With high footfall from fuel customers and strong engagement from the local community, you will be responsible for driving and motivating your team to consistently deliver exceptional standards in everything we do.

  • Managing a Greggs unit in a busy Service Station, along with leading a team of Supervisors, and Team Members
  • Managing all aspects of the operation, leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards
  • Manage stock, cash, waste & ensuring daily routines are adhered to
  • Process colleague payroll and associated routines to manage accurate labour costs
  • Maintain adequate controls and due diligence
  • Recruit, train and retain colleagues to deliver the very best service to our customers
  • Lead the team to ensure they deliver to brand and customer experience standards
  • Hot and cold food preparation

What Previous Experience Do You Need?

  • Store Manager experience within hospitality/retail
  • Food to go experience (desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided)
