Delivery Associates
As a Delivery Associate (DA), your main role will be to pick up and drop off laundry for our customers, primarily Harvard students. We also partner with businesses around Harvard, and you may be tasked with their laundry pick-ups and drop-offs as well. Each shift lasts 1-3 hours depending on the number of laundry bags requested. You'll be assigned to the river, yard, or quad houses based on your familiarity or schedule preferences.
Shift Details:
- Pick-up Shifts: 8am - 12:30pm
- Drop-off Shifts: 3pm - 9pm

Sales Associates
Sales Associates (SA) are responsible for staffing the storefront from 1pm-3pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll answer customer questions, manage the exchange of laundry bags with our vendor, and update our laundry software.
