The Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks CRNAs with a passion for patient care to join our top-rated group practice. Our network expansion has opened up opportunities at many locations, including our prestigious academic center in Boston and at seven community hospitals in Eastern Massachusetts. We have a proud tradition of superb care, a stimulating case mix, and a culture of respect for our clinical staff.
We are hiring for our academic and community groups:
Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) is the employed provider group of BIDMC with an exclusive affiliation agreement for patient care, research, and teaching. Our collective physician groups comprise 1,900 providers for patient care, research, and teaching. (BIDMC, BID-Needham)
Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (APHMFP) was formed in 2006 and staffs multiple community-based hospitals/surgery centers. (BID-Plymouth, BID-Milton, Anna Jaques, New England Baptist (NEBH Proper and Outpatient Care Center-NEBOC), Mt. Auburn, and Cambridge Health Alliance (Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett).
Our Practice:
- Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with great scope of practice
- Clinical rotations from two local universities for SRNAs
- 1 academic center (BIDMC), 7 community hospitals
- 136 Physicians, 97 CRNAs with a strong supportive Leadership Team
- Multiple practice settings ensuring the right individualized case fit including general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, sports medicine, GYN, ENT, urology, bariatrics, thoracic, vascular, endoscopy, EP, OB, minimal healthy pediatrics.
