Supervisor

Small Bar. Big Hospitality. Harty's is an independent neighbourhood wine bar built around great wine, genuine hospitality and creating a place people love coming back to. We're looking for an ambitious Supervisor who wants to become part of the next chapter. This is more than a shift‑running role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys improving things, supports the team and wants to help grow an independent business.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading service with confidence and warmth
• Opening and closing the venue
• Supporting, coaching and developing the team
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Spotting opportunities to improve how we work
• Supporting events, tastings and future ideas
• Working closely with the owners to help shape Harty’s
