We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Care Worker for full-time or part-time positions in Chertsey (KT16), Walton-on-Thames (KT12), Hersham, New Haw, Byfleet, Addlestone (KT15), Molesey (KT8) and surrounding areas.
Salary: £12.60 per hour.
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Available for one of the following shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm
- Night: 9 pm - 9 am
- Part Time: 4 pm - 10 pm
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).

Your Role - As a Care Worker, you will:
- Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
- Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
- Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
- Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
- Uphold Hartwig Care's core values: people-focused, excellence-driven, respectful, and proactive.
