We are currently seeking compassionate and proactive Care Workers for full-time or part-time positions in Chertsey (KT16), Walton-on-Thames (KT12), Hersham, New Haw, Byfleet, Addlestone (KT15), Molesey (KT8) and surrounding areas. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance). Salary: £13.11 per hour.
Available for one of the following shifts:
- Full time - 6am - 2pm & 3pm - 10pm and every alternate weekend.

Your Role as a Care Worker:
- Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
- Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
- Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan.
- Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
