Requirements:
- Experience in Domiciliary Care will be essential
- Experience with supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic care planning/rostering systems (desirable)
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate care to ensure continuity, quality, and compliance
- Support and develop Care Workers through supervision, shadowing, and guidance
- Carry out Service User assessments and manage care packages effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation, including care plans, risk assessments, and reviews
- Communicate professionally with families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Manage and escalate issues and complaints in line with company procedures
- Cover care calls when required and support the overall wellbeing of Service Users
