Your Role - As a Care Worker, you will:
- Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship
- Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred
- Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan
- Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients
- Monitor and report any changes to care managers
- Uphold Hartwig Care’s core values: people-focused, excellence-driven, respectful, and proactive
