We are currently looking for a Care Worker to join our Ealing team in Moorlands Court Northolt and surrounding areas.
Full-Time: Monday to Friday 7am to 14:00 or 15:00 to 21:00 & Every alternate weekend

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and providing companionship and interacting with service users.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
