Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person‑centred.
Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
Monitor and report any changes to care managers.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional, warm, and respectful
- Confidence using initiative in dynamic situations
- Passion for supporting independence and dignity at home
- Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS is desirable; we provide full training for candidates from any sector, including retail sales, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers, and delivery drivers
