In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in the community, provide supervision and guidance to care staff, and help ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements
- Experience in Domiciliary Care will be essential
- Experience with supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
- Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance .
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with electronic care planning/rostering systems (desirable).
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care .
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate care to ensure continuity, quality, and compliance.
- Support and develop Care Workers through supervision, shadowing, and guidance.
- Carry out Service User assessments and manage care packages effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.
- Communicate professionally with families, professionals, and stakeholders.
- Manage and elevate issues and complaints in line with company procedures.
- Cover care calls when required and support the overall wellbeing of Service Users.
