We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom/Business Manager or and individual looking to make the next move in their career to help lead our showroom operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Description:
As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team\’s potential.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
