Are you a fully skilled Bodyshop Painter, with at least 3 years’ experience in a busy Bodyshop? Are you looking for the next steps in your career with a forward-thinking franchise dealer group? We now have an opportunity for a Bodyshop Vehicle Painter to join our team in Scunthorpe.
Key responsibilities of the Bodyshop Vehicle Painter:
- To carry out vehicle body refinishing in an efficient, skilful manner.
- Prepare vehicles to be resprayed, mix paint to ensure correct colour matching.
- Plan work to ensure vehicles are ready when promised, in line with customer requirements.
- Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers’ specifications.
- Refinish the vehicle right first time to eliminate wastage.
- Quality control own work for any defects prior to the vehicle going to be QC checked.
- Work over 100% efficiency.

- Be able to work independently whilst remaining part of a team.
- Be highly organised and flexible with their approach to work.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be focused on attention to detail.
