Hartwell Reading, home to a BYD and Ford showroom, is seeking an Automotive Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales targets, and uphold the Hartwell brand.
You will coach the sales team, enhance the customer experience, manage vehicle display and pricing, and ensure compliance across contracts, financing and warranties.
This role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with commission, realistic OTE around £45,000, and a company car, with weekends included.
