As the Automotive Transaction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Leadership: Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team's potential. Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Foster positive customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available vehicles. Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper vehicle display and pricing. Oversee vehicle merchandising and presentation in the showroom.
