This is a fast-paced, high-earning opportunity within our busy used car operation at Oxford Motor Park, Kidlington. As the Automotive Transaction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Team Leadership: Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team's potential. Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
