Job Title: Automotive Group Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Group Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations across our automotive dealership group. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively supporting the sales department in optimizing sales and customer service, contributing to the overall success of the dealership group.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • A proven track record as a Group Sales or Business Manager within the automotive industry.
  • Good financial and commercial understanding.
  • A positive and forward-thinking work ethic.
  • The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team to reach desired results.
  • A proactive and organized approach in all that you do.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

Your duties will include;

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, your main goal will be to enhance the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
  • Effectively motivate and support the sales team to reach expected targets.
  • Traveling across 11 dealerships to maximize resale profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service.
  • Ensure effective stock management and profiling.
  • Support site maintenance efforts alongside Management.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create strategies that boost sales.
  • Mentor and support the sales team to enhance department performance.
  • Manage company and franchise audits.
  • Manage the stock control process.
  • Liaise with Franchise partners.
  • Report trends and advise on requirements for improvements.
