Parts Advisor - Birmingham The Hartshorne Group is one of the leading commercial vehicle distributors for the West Midlands, East Midlands, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire. We provide full parts & service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus as well as new and used sales, plus a diverse range of associated services. An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team at our Birmingham Depot as a Parts Advisor. In this key role, you will provide vital parts and administrative support to our workshop operation, ensuring the timely identification, sourcing, pricing and supply of parts to keep our vehicle and trailer fleet running efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, pre-picking parts for scheduled maintenance, managing urgent parts requests, and using pricing tools to secure the best value while staying up to date with current supplier promotions. Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however full training will be provided. Monday - Friday 07.00am to 16.00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pm. Product training programme. Comprehensive healthcare cash plan. Holidays increase with the length of service.
