Oursmall, friendly, village school has a real family feel and is at the heart ofthe community. The Governors and staff are looking for an experiencedsenior leader, with a strong track record in whole school leadership and corelearning.
The Headteacher we are looking for will:
- continue to develop the Christian ethos and vision ofthe School, alongside our Governors.
- demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching andlearning.
- build on our culture where individuals are encouragedto succeed and everyone’s contribution is valued.
- be committed to developing all staff through effectivecoaching, continued support and empowerment.
- be able to support positive relationships with pupils,parents, Governors, parish and wider community.
- be empathetic toward an inclusive faith-basededucation.
- Be an exceptional communicator who will build trustedand supportive partnerships with both staff and parents.
