Harbour Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Behaviour, Attendance and Wellbeing Lead for Hartsholme Academy in Lincoln.

You will drive behaviour standards, improve attendance, and support pupil wellbeing, acting as a DDSL and collaborating with Children’s Services and external partners.

The role requires safeguarding expertise, strong record-keeping, and a commitment to high pastoral support; it is a permanent, term-time+5 days contract with a 37-hour week.
