Hartsholme Academy in Lincoln is opening two brand-new Mainstream SEND Hubs and seeks an Enhanced Inclusion & Learning Practitioner to join a dedicated, ground-up team. You will collaborate with the Enhanced Provision Teacher and external professionals to tailor support for pupils with communication, interaction, cognition and learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and meet EHCP targets.

With a focus on building secure, trusting relationships, you will foster independence.
