Hartsholme Academy, part of Harbour Learning Trust, is opening two Mainstream SEND Hubs in Sept 2026.

The Enhanced Inclusion & Learning Practitioner will support pupils with communication, interaction, cognition and learning needs, building trust and helping access a challenging curriculum.

The role collaborates with the Enhanced Provision Teacher and external professionals to tailor support, develop independence, and meet EHCP targets. 32.5 hrs/week, Term Time plus 5 days.
