Healing Academy in Grimsby is seeking a Learning Manager to lead pastoral practice within the Inclusion team, driving a restorative and coaching-led environment that boosts attainment, attendance and behaviour.
You will work with staff and families to ensure bespoke support for students, developing partnerships and using data to target interventions.
The role reports to the Academy Principal and is fixed to 37 hours per week, term time plus five days.
