Hartsfield is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Wiltshire team based in Box. We have a Relationship Manager based in each of our offices (or Pods as we call them) and they are the first point of contact for our clients – project-managing the whole financial planning process. The Relationship Manager is responsible for coordinating between our clients, paraplanners and financial planners to deliver exceptional service in a professional and approachable manner.
Specific duties include:
- Project managing the end-to-end financial planning process for new and existing clients
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients regarding their general queries or updates such as address changes
- Annual review invitations
- Updates on new business progress, top-ups, withdrawals etc.
- Sending clients any reports or other documentation ahead of meetings
- Welcoming clients to office-based meetings, ensuring everything is set up and runs smoothly
- Creating, sending out and chasing Client Agreements and Invoices
- Ensuring client files are complete and chasing any outstanding information or paperwork
- Running electronic identification and address verification checks
- Requesting feedback from clients via Google, Feefo and responding on behalf of the planning team
- Onboarding clients onto our client platform (Insight) and dealing with any queries or problems

£32,500-£37,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
Bonus: After 12 months, a bonus is payable quarterly, based on outperformance against the Pod's quarterly initial fee income target.
Pension: 5% matched pension contributions.
Holiday: 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing by 1 day per year for every completed year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days).
