This exciting new position has arisen in Hart's Kitchen located in Nottingham's highest-rated hotel on the old ramparts of Nottingham Castle. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen management team in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
