We are seeking a brilliant Communications and Marketing Executive with digital marketing and social media experience—particularly TikTok—to support the Comms and Marketing team in Soho, London.

Key Responsibilities
- Social media and content creation—particularly TikTok and Instagram—in line with the content calendar and strategy
- Newsletter creation and email marketing support
- Monitoring and evaluating media coverage, press and marketing reporting, and monthly meeting notes for directors
- Copywriting and visual asset design
- Managing press office duties, handling image and information requests and incoming enquiries
- Maintaining websites, online listings and in‑house documents
- Building a network of media and industry contacts
- Pitching stories to press contacts in line with the PR strategy
- Staying abreast of the changing media landscape and industry developments
- Supporting the communications and marketing manager and director
- Demonstrating respect, strong team ethic and empathy for colleagues
- Being the face of a group known for its warm welcome
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a high‑quality, hospitality‑focused communications agency or restaurant group
- Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation
- Skills in copywriting, visual asset design and press relations
- Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to media developments
- Confidence, motivation and a keen eye for detail with a sense of responsibility
