- 2 years’ experience as Floor Manager or Assistant Manager role in a high quality and fast paced London restaurant
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service

- Be the face of a group known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Strong command of English language
