Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients. The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where they watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service. The Floor Manager Role:
- 2 years’ experience as Floor Manager or Assistant Manager role in a high-quality and fast-paced London Restaurant
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Positively lead our teams and support them through regular training
- Communicate effectively and clearly at all times
- Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Strong command of the English language
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
