Quo Vadis is a historic Restaurant and Private Members Club in London with a colourful past and a timeless allure. Formerly a home to Karl Marx, Quo Vadis is a Soho institution, attracting an eclectic crowd who are drawn to the good things in life. The critically acclaimed restaurant serves seasonal Modern British Cuisine, highly seasonal and using the best local produce from top suppliers, created by renowned Chef Proprietor, Jeremy Lee and his culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-quality restaurant
- Events, Reservations and Reception experience
- Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Positively supervise the floor and support the team within it
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong command of English language
- Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
