Digital Marketing Manager | El Pastor, Quo Vadis, The Drop, Two Drops & El Siete | Soho, London

We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy across El Pastor, Quo Vadis, The Drop and El Siete.

  • The Digital Marketing Manager Role
  • Working across the El Pastor Group brands, you'll be responsible for delivering digital campaigns that drive commercial performance, increase brand awareness and grow revenue.

• You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to

  • Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, CRM and social media.
  • Manage website content, landing pages and conversion optimisation to improve customer experience and online bookings.
  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement, repeat visits and revenue.
  • Manage PPC, paid social and retargeting campaigns, continually optimising performance and return on investment.
  • Feed into content creation and social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok, balancing brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with photographers, videographers, creators and hospitality influencers to drive awareness and measurable results.
  • Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager and other reporting tools, producing regular insights and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations teams to support business objectives and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Working Pattern
  • Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm (1 day working from home)

2-3 evening events per month.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in Digital or Performance Marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or agency environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and SEO.
  • Experience delivering ROI-focused digital campaigns across paid media, CRM, email marketing and social media.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing website content, conversion optimisation and digital reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with SEMrush, Looker Studio, Power BI or AI marketing tools would be advantageous but isn't essential.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, restaurants and creating exceptional guest experiences.
