Responsibilities
- Experience in a supervisory role or at least one year in a high‑volume bar or restaurant in London
- Support colleagues on the floor and assist managers
- Ensure exceptional quality service is consistently delivered
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Good knowledge of menu, ingredients and allergens
- Strong command of English language
- Adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Demonstrate strong team ethic and respect for colleagues
Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience in a high‑volume bar or restaurant in London, relevant food safety knowledge, excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
