Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in the planning, coordination and administration of examinations and assessments.
- You will manage all aspects of the examinations process including registration, scheduling, delivery and certification.
- You will ensure full compliance with awarding body regulations and relevant regulatory requirements.
- You will work closely with curriculum teams to support effective exam planning and delivery.
- You will liaise with students, awarding organisations and invigilators to ensure examinations run smoothly.
- You will maintain accurate records and uphold the security and integrity of the examinations process.
About You
- You will have experience of working within a school or college exams team or similar administrative role.
- You will have excellent IT skills, including use of databases and spreadsheets.
- You will be highly organised and able to work methodically, accurately and to tight deadlines.
- You will have a professional, customer-focused approach with a discreet attitude to all aspects of work.
- You will have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, students and external customers in a confident manner.
- Experience of student records systems would be beneficial.
- You will have knowledge of JCQ regulations.
