Overview
The main Hartpury reception in the Student Zone provides excellent customer experience to all our students and visitors to the campus.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the focal point for all non-academic student queries and as the first point of contact for enquiries (face-to-face, telephone and email).
- Performing reception and general administrative duties; responding to student, staff and visitor queries; and managing Hartpury\’s post.
- Outside of term time, supporting Hartpury\’s summer conferencing business.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- IT literate, well organized, and a strong team player.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
