The predicted salary is between 14280 - 14280 £ per year.

£14,280 per annum based on an FTE of £28,561 per annum 18.75 hours per week Fixed Term

About the Role

  • Support the delivery of an efficient and student focused finance service for both current and prospective students.
  • Act as a key point of contact for student finance enquiries, providing information and guidance on a range of funding options.
  • Help students access bursaries, scholarships, loans and other financial assistance schemes available to support their studies.
  • Build positive working relationships with students, colleagues and external organisations to ensure a high-quality service.
  • Contribute to the smooth administration of student finance activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support enrolment activities, open days and other events throughout the academic year.
  • Work within a varied role that combines customer service, administration and financial processing responsibilities.
  • Play an important part in helping students make informed decisions about funding their education.

About You

  • Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Have experience working in a busy administrative, finance or customer focused environment.
  • Possess strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Be comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
